This CUI-style encoder is the specific replacement part for mid-generation high-performance wheel balancers. To ensure accurate tracking and a seamless repair, please verify your machine's manufacture date and physical connector type before ordering.

Product Compatibility

This encoder (Part Number 85612673) is designed specifically for:

  • Coats Models: 1500 and 1600 (Manufactured between 08/22 and 11/24)
Physical Verification:
The CUI encoder features a unique shaft and connector design that differs from both the older Dynapar and newer Nemicon versions. These parts are not interchangeable; the connectors will not match your harness if your machine was built outside of the specified date range. Do not attempt to splice cables to fit an incorrect encoder.
